The amenities were amazing and the free breakfast downstairs was delicious. The staff were also incredibly nice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I would stay here again!
Absolutely loved our stay at the George Dawson inn ! I’ve never been to Dawson creek and it’s such a nice town and this place just adds to the charm ! Nothing but good things to say about the hotel staff as well as the restaurant and bar ! Felt like home . We were there as the roof was getting repaired and it was hardly noticeable unless they were directly over your suite and made sure your stay was pleasant to fit our schedules. The workers on the roof would wait to start their work after 9am to ensure everyone was able to get the rest they deserved which was commendable. Could hardly tell there was any work being done because Diana was very diligent about our schedule so she knew the best rooms to accommodate everyone . Night shift workers were placed in lower suites or opposite ends of the building where work was being carried out . Would definitely stay here again !

I came from out of town for work and was put up in the GDI. I am obsessed with the small town vibes. There is complimentary coffee at the front every day. The staff knew me by name and were treating me like I was a good friend. Everyone here is so nice. The room is basic with everything you need (microwave, fridge, TV, what more could you want?) they even have a communal kitchen with 2 stoves, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. location is great central to everything! The staff in the restaurant sit down with patrons because they create good relationships. I can tell from my short stay here that the staff are wonderful humans who care and enjoy their work. If I’m ever out this way again I’ll be here!

The hotel is nice. We got free breakfast. The room was clean and staffs, especially, Udita were amazing. She helped us a lot. She friendly, talkative and so sweet. Great experience!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price for the rooms are reasonable and offered a comfortable, safe, quiet environment. Exterior parking lot and the building could use a little reno but overall it's comfy and I felt at home.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are well kept and clean. For the price of this hotel it can't be beat, free coffee and snacks at the front desk every morning. After staying at this hotel for 1 week for work I was left a thank you package of drinks and snacks in my room. This is the best budget friendly hotel I've stayed in for work and travel.
